Goldman Environmental Consultants, Inc. (GEC) has been retained to prepare an
cnvironmental report pertaining to the follorving properties:
SITE: 1196-1198 State Highrval' Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA
I am interested to leam ofany information which you may have on file relative to
this property; this would include chemical spills, tank inspections, tank installations,
cxpired or current permits, and removal records. If our site is adjacent to a "problem"
site, this information would also be appreciated.
I have enclosed a check payable to the "Town of South Yarmouth" in the amount
of $20.00.
