Main Street (Rte. 28), the property which is known as Cannon's or Canco. Attached
please fine a photocopy of the personal check I have written. This check will be mailed to
you in this afternoon's mail. I understand that there is a maximum tumaround time of ten
(10) days for the fulfillment ofthis request.

The records of the Department reflect that there wereunderqlround storage tank6 removed from both sites and there havebeen numerous spills and releases of fuel oil and possibly othermaterials at the two sites. I would refer you to theMassachusetts Department of Environmental Protection as theyhave tracked the incidents that have occurred in the past.
There is currently a large (approximately 200,OO0 gallon)above ground storage tank on the site as well as smaller tanks,tanker type vehicles, septage pumpers/hauIers, constructionequipment and a Iiquid propane filling station. There are otherrelated and non related business on the sites.
