Assessment on the above referenced property. As such, we are requesting a review of Fire
Department records relative to the on-site storage, use, generation, disposal and,/or release of oil
and./or hazardous materials at this property, as well as any surrounding properties.
Please note, wherein this investigation is being conducted on behalf of the Town of
Yarmouth, no research fee is enclosed. If you have any questions or require any additional

The Town of Yarmouth has contracted with Bennett and o,Reilly to do a full 2lE reviewof t he 1750 House on Route 28 in West yarmouth.

I have reviewed the files ofthe Yarmouth Fire Department regarding underground
tanks or known spills on the propert)'at 281 Route 28 and surrounding properties. I find
no evidence of underground tanks or known spills on the subject property. The property
at 280 Route 28 is the subject of a remediation, but it is not clear from the records available
to me the fype, extent or status ofthat remediation. I cannot determine with certainty the
status of present tanks at the 280 Route 28 site, except that one 1,000 gallon gasolire tank
had been removed. I will continue my search of our records and will forward an1' updated
information found.
