All members of our Team were engaged with other duties at the time of the
scheduled Site Plan Review. I would like to comment on the project and say we are
generally in favor ofthe proposal. We are concerned that there is not room to turn fire
apparatus at the end ofthe lot. However the structure is not suf;Eciently large for that to
cause objection.
We would require that a fire alarm system monitored by a central station and
reporting to thtFire Department. AIso a lock box for Fire Department acoess must be
installed. Fire extinguishers are required and if heating is by fossil fuels, a Carbon
monoxide monitoring system is desirable but not a requirement.
