Was given permission by Laurie to conduct
inspection via lock box as home was
unoccupied. Home was found very neat, clean
and organized. Nice hardwood floors throughout.
Front and rear yards nicely landscaped. Very
nice rental property! See below for findings-

Remarks:
-At the front corner and side of the dwelling, the
downspout is not properly secured to the gutter
outlet. The round gutter outlet does not extend
into the rectangular downspout but is loose and
not sealed, leaving a visible gap. This condition
may allow water to leak behind the gutter and
onto the fascia/siding, contributing to potential
deterioration and water damage. Correction
Required: The owner shall maintain all drainage
facilities in good repair and operable condition.
Recommend repair by properly reconnecting
and sealing the downspout to the gutter outlet
to ensure stormwater is directed away from the
structure. -Observed cracked glass pane in
bedroom window. Broken glazing can present
safety hazards, reduce insulation, and allow
drafts or moisture intrusion. Correction Required:
The owner shall maintain all windows in good
repair and free of cracks or defects. Recommend
replacement of the broken pane by a qualified
professional to restore safety and weather
protection.
