NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF YARMOUTH
OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, August 25, 2025 the following applications for Certificates of Appropriateness
pursuant to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed below beginning at
7:15pm at Town Hall at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth, MA 02664 in the Select Board's Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting shall be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 48 hours prior
to the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service on
the town's website at: https:Hlf.varmouth.ma.us/WebLink/Browse.aspx?id=904379&repo=LASERFICHE .
It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.

1. 25-A114 Kevin Quinlivan (Owner): To paint front of house and garage at 1 Duck Pond Road
2. 25-DO05 Paul White and David Nault (Owners) and Cory's Custom Landscaping (Agent): To demolish
a cottage at 44 Strawberry Lane
3. 25-A115 Christine Murphy (Owner): To square off opening and replace garage door and replace trim at 17
Dauphine Drive
4. 25-A116 Lisa Potter (Owner) and Ion Solar Pros LLC (Agent): To install 37 solar panels on the front and
rear roofs at 59 North Dennis Road
5. 25-A117 Marcia Johnson (Owner) and Mark R. Power Construction Inc. (Agent): To replace shingle,
trim, and windows, reuse or replace shutters, replace barn door on garage, build new deck in rear, move
rinsing station and replace exterior light fixtures at 31 Belle of the West Road
