Brittany:
Per our discussion today, attached please find a revised plan set dated 9-4-2025 with the following improvements:
1. Eliminated lower proposed gravel driveway to trailer area.
2. Widened natural buffer to ten feet minimum and retained the proposed berm/swale on East side of the
site.This combination exceeds the protection of a native 15'buffer strip.
3. Show a ten foot minimum natural buffer on West side of farm pond between garden and waterway per out
discussion, an 8' mowed path adjacent the garden is retained.
4. Indicate Mitigation Calculations showing over five times the required amount of mitigation is provided for
the small additional hardscape proposed.
5. Reprinted Stormwater Flow and Irrigation Sketch plans with the mitigation changes so the plan set is
consistent.

As discussed at the last meeting, attached please find revised plans:
1. Stormwater Arrow Sketch Plan indicating flow paths dated 8-28-25
2. Irrigation Location Sketch Plan more clearly drafting the existing farm irrigation layout dated 8-25-25

3. Site Plan for the Farm revised 8-25-25 with the following changes:
A. Noted to provide the Berm/Swale discussed at the last meeting with an 8' minimum vegetated width of
buffer between the wetland and the fence, see Letter Keyed Note D.
B. Slightly adjusted the Roofed Composting Area, noted drywell and pervious access drive, see Note F.
C. Added Manure Trailer Covered Area to northwest corner of barn,with pervious drive and roof drywell, see
notes A, B, C.
D. Added additional berm/swale/fence on low side of upper pasture to divert flow from the upper pasture and
around the Roofed Composting Area to a grass swale flowing to the north east away from the streets, see
note F.
