This letter is to notify you that the Maintenance Order issued on June 15, 2025, for the property
located at 78 Weir Road, Yarmouthport has been lifted.
A re-inspection was conducted on 09/04/2025, and it was determined that the violations cited
under 105 CMR 410.000, Minimum Standards of Fitness for Human Habitation, have been
satisfactorily corrected. At this time, the property is considered compliant with the Massachusetts
State Sanitary Code.
