Subject: Petition 5189 e0ARD OF APPEALS
Dear Zoning Board of Appeals Members,
I reside at 105 Freeboard Lane, Yarmouthport and I am in favor of Lynda Bedard's request for a variance to park her RV in
front of her house.
Ms. Bedard's property is impeccably taken care of throughout the year and the new driveway which was added to park
her RV was a lovely enhancement to her home.
Due to the property's limitations, it would seem impossible to park this camper behind the front line of the house and in
my option, unnecessary.
The many thoughtful improvements to 90 Freeboard Lane has made our neighborhood a better place to live and
whenever I pass by Lynda's property and her camper I smile!
