COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on September
18, 2025, beginning at 5
p.m. for the following
matters:
Notice of Intent
Zorzi Family, LLC. 39 Prince
Road. Proposed replace-
ment of a timber bulkhead
with a vinyl bulkhead on a
coastal beach, coastal bank,
and salt marsh.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can
be found within the posted
agenda on the town's
website at https://www.
yarmouth.ma.us/AgendaCen
ter at least 48 hours in
advance of the meeting.
