Yarmouth, MA Re: Debra Salvucci--54 Heritage Drive Realty Trust—SE-83-1899 Dear Commissioners: We have inspected 54 Heritage Drive under SE 83-1899. The house was built as proposed. Please see included as-built plan of the foundation done in 2011. Both sheds where removed, as proposed. All gutters are to downspouts. The basement walkout area at the northwest corner of the house is the only area which appears to differ from the proposed plan. The proposed plan indicates patio blocks which are to be moved and theses block appear to be installed from the existing patio back to the house at the walkout, which makes sense. We believe this house is in substantial compliance with the proposed plan of 5/4/11. We respectfully request you issue the certificate of compliance for SE 83- 1899.
