Town of Yarmouth Zoning Board of Appeats,
I am writing in support of Lynda Bedard's variance request for 90 Freeboard Lane. Lynda's
thoughtfut design and substantiaI investment in this project have further enhanced her
property's charm, viewabte from my f ront door. Accommodating an RV on her ptot was not
done haphazardly, but rather showcases creativity in working within the confines of pre-
existing timitations. Every aspect of the driveway is of the highest quatity, inctuding the RV
As of this writing, neighbors have weighed in through various methods; f rom initiat
comptaint, to letters of support, signatures of support, and a letter of opposition. 36 of the
38 inputs (95%) are in favor. Framed through the lens of a democratic process, granting
variance approvaI here woutd be a sensibte decision.
