Please add these comments to my previous letter from )uly 28,2O25.
After further review of the application, the site plan and aerial drone shot submitted, one can
see that the request for hardship due to not being able to locate the camper on the property
otherwise may not be accurate. The diagram attached, takes the size of the camper and locates
it on the property further up the drive beside the house. The Plot Plan notes that there is 12'-4"
beside the garage to the east. A typical camper is 8-0 to 8-6. lt would have fit beside the garage
behind line of the front of the house as zoning requires. Unfortunately, it seems the Owner may
have created hardship by building the recessed driveway specifically to accommodate the
camper in a non-compliant way. Owners are supposed to ask for permission before
construction, not after.
Please deny this request. lt alters the feel of the neighborhood, affects values and sets a
negative precedent.
