As a business neighbor, I believe this change is appropriate and beneficial for the following reasons: i. Compatible Use: The proposed contractor use is consistent with the character of the surrounding properties and will not negatively impact nearby businesses or residents. 2. Economic Benefit: Sheldon Stewart provides valuable services and employment opportunities within our community. Granting this zoning change would support their continued growth and contribution to the local economy. 3. Operational Fit: Their business activities naturally align with a contractor zoning designation, which would allow them to operate transparently and in full compliance with municipal regulations. 4. Community Stability: Approving this request will encourage stability and long-term investment in the area, benefiting both neighboring businesses and the community at large. In my experience as a long-term member in the Trade Community of Cape Cod, Stewart has consistently been a responsible, professional, and considerate businessman. I am confident he will continue to operate in a mulnner that upholds the standards and expectations of our community.
