RECITALS
WHEREAS, the above-referenced property contains three (3) bedrooms on the main level and
one unfinished room in the basement; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Department requires confirmation from all parties regarding the number of
bedrooms being conveyed with the property; and
WHEREAS, the Seller(s) and Buyer(s) wish to formally acknowledge and agree that the property
is being sold and conveyed as a three-bedroom home;
AGREEMENT
1. The property is being sold, conveyed, and represented as a three-bedroom home.
2. The unfinished basement room shall not be deemed, advertised, or used as a bedroom.
3. The undersigned parties acknowledge and agree that the permitted bedroom count for the
property is limited to three (3).
4. This Agreement is binding upon the parties and may be relied upon by the Fire
Department and other municipal authorities as confirmation of the agreed-upon bedroom
count.
