Please see below note in response; this was the first application on the agenda when there was no one present. How would you like to respond to this email; I don't recall a time when the presence of the homeowner wasn't required? Lisa, This is very disappointing. The request is for a simple color change in the front of the house. Nothing more or nothing Less. My presence should not be required for such a small request. All descriptions and color chips were provided. All paper work in order. Yes or No. If No, someone needs to explain to us the approval of multiple Grey houses on Pine Street and the rest of the areas covered bythe commission. This appears to be a bureaucratic power play as the priority and not the homeowner's best interest. BTW: in the past I have had several projects approved w/o attendance.
