The veneer siding was approved, but the COA doesn't indicate the color. It
seems to have been discussed at the meeting however:
1. 22-AO71 Sharon Dostie (Owner) and Lewis Bay Builders (Agent): To replace
windows, doors, siding, trim, and roof, renovate sunroom, and replace veneer at 14
Wianno Road
Joseph Stafford (agent) was present. Chair Gegenwarth commented that the
paperwork shows the plans quite well. Mr. Stafford noted that the garage siding might
be changed to stone veneer; it's pine now and will either match it or replace with
veneer. The sides of the door will remain the same; there is a picture of the new door
in the packet. The front door/porch area will expand a little. The brick across the front
may be replaced with stone veneer. The replacement windows will be Anderson 400
series with the same grille pattern.
No abutters present and no public comment.
Member Morrison moved to approve the application as submitted. Member Nicolls
seconded the motion.

couldn't find the original application on laserfische. Remind me: Did we approve a color
for the house?
