Overall Result: Pass
Overall Remarks:
On follow-up inspection at 12/14 Hudson Road
with owner Wayne, the following items were
confirmed as completed: removal of dead trees
and fallen branches from the front of the
property, removal of overhanging trees above
the roof, walkway repair, gazebo removal,
installation of storm doors on the front and back,
replacement of outlet covers, replacement of
stove and refrigerator, and cleaning and
resealing of the shower surround tile.
Outstanding items that the owner has agreed to
complete by year-end include repair of the
rotted windowsill, replacement of the kitchen
sink, and replacement of the bathroom floor. In
addition, a combination smoke/carbon monoxide
detector will be installed in the shared rear
space.
The owner has demonstrated responsiveness
and remains committed to bringing the property
into full compliance.
