BSC Group is pleased to submit this Special Permit and / or Variance request for the Property located at
#18 Chestnut Street in South Yarmouth. The property is a corner lot and consists of 9,262+l- s.f .
On behalf of the owner, BSC Group is seeking relief under section 203.5 to allow a portion of a stoop
within the side setback. No other relief is being south at this time. The stoop is being requested as a
second means of egress from the proposed renovated kitchen area.
No undue hazard or adverse effect to the neighborhood is expected with the construction of this stoop as
the dwelling will remain a single-family home with no increase in demand for services.
