02675, bounded and described as follows:

cBeginning at the Northwest corner of the premises on Hallett Street at a stake standing
s� Northeasterly from the dwelling house now or formerly of Lucy Davis; thence

., EASTERLY by said Street, 72 feet to the Northwest corner of land now or formerly of Patrick

2 SOUTHERLY by said Hannon's land, as the fence now stands, 330 feet to land now or formerly
of Caroline Gorham; thence
WESTERLY as the fence now stands by land of said Gorham, 54 % feet to a stake; thence

full age and legal capacity and none of the beneficiaries is a corporation;
4. We, as Trustees, have been directed by said beneficiaries to transfer the property at 173
Route 6A, Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts 02675 for $1,210,000.00, the consideration
recited in this deed.
We, Emily L. Burbank and Roslyn D. Burbank, Trustees of the Fishwhiskers Realty Trust u/d/t
dated April 25, 2013, the Grantors named herein do hereby voluntarily release all our rights of
Homestead as set forth in M.G.L. Chapter 188, if any, and there are no other persons entitled to
any such rights.
