Met relative of owner for inspection. Property was just purchased on
9/5/2025 and not yet fully furnished. First floor and exterior of home are in
very good condition, neat and clean.
Basement has been partially finished with a family room and bathroom with
shower, without the benefit of a building permit or inspections. Basement is
not habitable and cannot be used. Owners to follow up with Building Dept.
