Please accept for filing the enclosed special permit application to the Town of Yarmouth Zoning
Board of Appeals (the "Board") on behalf of Cellco Partnership d::b,:a Verizon Wireless (the
"Applicant"). The Applicant seeks an Aquifer Protection Overlay District special permit from the
Board pursuant to Sections 406.5 and 103.2 of the Town of Yarmouth Zoning Bylaw for the
installation of an emergency power generator to provide backup power for a permitted wireless
communications facility to be installed on the Town -owned water tank at 20 Old Hyannis Road
(the "Property").

This application concerns a personal wireless services facility within the meaning of the Federal
Telecommunications Act (" TCA"), 47 U.S.C. § 332(c)(7)(C)(ii), and it is submitted with a full
reservation of the Applicant's rights under federal, state and local law.
Enclosed is an extra copy of this cover letter and a self-addressed stamped envelope. Upon the
filing of this application with the Town Clerk, please date -stamp the extra cover letter and mail it
