YARMOUTH, BARNSTABLE COUNTY, MASSACHUSETTS, FOR
THE PURPOSE OF LRECTING A STANDPIPE THEREON
We, FREDERICK J. THACHER, ROGER G. EDWARDS. JR. and
E. KELLEY. the duly elected and qualified Water Commission -
Q ers of the Town of Yarmouth, a municipal corporation, located in
Barnstable County, Massachusetts, acting under the authority of thi
Vote taken under Article 74 of the Town Warrant for tho Annual
Town Meeting for the Town of Yarmouth held on March 14, 1972 and
hacting by virtue of the authority granted to us under Chapter 79
1"of the General Laws and Acts and Amendments thereof and in addi-
tion thereto, having complied with all of the preliminary require-
ments prescribed by few, do hereby ADOPT and DECREE this Order of

Annual Town Meeting, March 14, 19'12
!article No. lit. To see if the Town will vote to
authorise the Board of water Commissioners to acquire by
purchase or eminent domain a parcel of land situated at
Prospect Hill, so called, as shown on plan entitled "Flan
of Land in Yarmouth, Mass. as surveyed for the Town of
Yarmouth by Crowell & Taylor Corp. Yarmouth Fort, Masa.,
Seale 1" ■ 1001 Feb. 197211 for the purpose of erecting a
standpipe thereon, and to acquire such easements or rights
of way as are necessary to give access to and from said
parcel of land, and to see what sum of motley the Town will
vote to raise and appropriate for this purpose.
The vote on Article No. 74.
Acting under Article No. 74 a motion was-dWy
made and seconded that the Town vote to raise and appro-
priate the sum of Twenty-five Thousand dollars ($25,000.00)
and authorise the board of water Comm:eaionere to acquire
by purchase or eminent domain a parcel of land situated at
prospect Hill, so called, as shown on plan entitled "Plan
of Land in Yarmouth, Mass. as surveyed for the Toter of
Yarmouth by Crowell & Taylor Corp. Yarmouth Port, Mass.,
Scale 111 ■ 1001 Feb. 197211 for the purpose of erecting a
storage facility thereon, and to acquire such easements
or rights of way as are necessary to give access to and
from said parcel of land.
