NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, August 11, 2025 the following applications for Certificates of Appropriateness
pursuant to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed below beginning at
7:15pm at Town Hall at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth, MA 02664 in the Select Board's Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting shall be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 48 hours prior
to the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service on
the town's website at: https://If.Yarmouth.ma_us/WebLink/Browse_aspx?id=904379&repo=LASERFICHE .
It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.
New Items:
1. 25-A108 Jean Bresciani (Owner) and ProFence (Agent): To add an additional section of fence and a gate
at 208 Route 6A
2. 25-A109 Historical Society of Old Yarmouth (Owner) and Backside Carpentry (Agent): To install new
gutters, doors, and one shutter, replace siding, repair broken shutter, and paint doors and shutters black at
229 Route 6A
3. 25-A110 Cape and Coast Bank (Owner) and Cape and Islands Signs (Agent): To replace two signs at
121 Route 6A
4. 25-A111 Fred and Betsy Perret (Owners) and Clifford Whalen (Agent): To replace 5 windows at 421
Route 6A
5. 25-A112 Richard and Cindy Schickler (Owners) and Seaview Builders (Agent): Modifications to
previously approved plan: add French doors and transom window to left side and add French doors and a
small balcony to right elevation at 99 Wharf Lane
6. 25-A113 James Garb and Sheila Kane (Owners) and All Cape Door Systems (Agent): To replace garage
doors at 11 Kingsbury Way
