COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on October 2,
2025, beginning at 5 p.m.
for the following matters:
Request for Determination
of Applicability_
Chis Erickson, 2 Cape Isles
Drive. After -the -fact addi-
tional 6x15 float and ramp in
land under the ocean and
land containing shellfish.
James Hilliard, 87 Massa-
chusetts Avenue. Proposed
2-story addition in land
subject to coastal storm
flowage.
Notice of Intent
Stephen and Kimberley
Duval. 37 Indian Memorial
Drive. deck, stairs, rinse
station and vista pruning in
the buffer zones to a BVW
and Long pond.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can

meeting.
