Bruce and I have reviewed this plan and have the following questions:
proposing to raise plumbing — please provide the measurement of how much the plumbing is to be raised
label the type of foundation (will need to list the additional setback variance if not a slab) ✓
leach units must be fed every 20' per Title 5 15.253 (6) ✓
4. provide grease trap sizing in design calcs. ✓
does Title 5 allow a 25% reduction in tank size versus leach capacity only? ✓
your water usage note on page 2 references the lowest water records rather than the highest water records
in 2012 (88,000 gallons)
