The observation port is a separate entity in the leach field, if it was connected to laterals, the laterals will all flow into the observation port if the port is connected to the line connecting the laterals. 2. I am concerned about the vent being located in the front where the entry into the store is and also where there currently are picnic tables for outdoor customer dining. Every time the pump turns on, there will be a push of air from the system. I would need to see where the flower bed is to make a final decision. When are you starting the system? We would like to make a small change to the plan. Looking at the ends of the drain tubes it says to tie them together with the observation port. What we would like to do is to tie the vent into this end.putting the vent tube with filter next to the flower bed that is right next to we're the end of the system will be. We will put a cement post in front of it to protect it. By doing this it will give better circulation of air to the system. Let me know if this will be acceptable. Thanks Bruce Sent from my iPhone 1
