#935 Inspection was conducted with owner
Sean and the long-term tenant (10 years).
Afterward, I met with Sean to review items
identified during the inspection that must be
addressed prior to the next rental inspection
and certificate issuance. (2026) Sean also
confirmed installation of an updated smoke/CO
detector and missing switch and cover plates.
