Mitigation/restoration plantings are to be monitored for three years for invasives and plant success. Invasive plants are to be removed by hand in the spring and fall. Failed plantings are to be be replaced to 90% survival. Planting report to be submitted to Conservation Office, with subsequent monitoring reports submitted by October 15, 2026 & 2027. Annual mowing (once per year) is to be done late fall after flowers have gone to seed. Temporary irrigation to be used for the first two growing seasons.
