paid of Five Hundred Fifty -Five Thousand .00/1.00 Dollars ($550,000.00) hereby grant to A Plus
Real Estate, LLC, 206 Barnstable Road, Hyannis, MA 02601
with quitclaim covenants
A certain parcel of land together with buildings thereon, situated in Yarmouth (West), in the County
of Barnstable, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the granted premises at a stake at the State Highway;
thence
South 52 deg. 10' East 256.29 feet by said State Highway to a right of way leadingto woodland
now or formerly of Horace Baxter, Frank Hallet and others; thence;
North 34 deg. 15'30" East 317.52 feet by said right of way to a stake at land now or formerly of
Horace Baxter and Frank Hallet; thence
North 46 deg. 53'30" West 245.22 feet by land now or formerly of Baxter and Hallet to an iron pipe
at land now or formerly of Albert Small; thence
South 36 deg. 22' West 339.54 feet by said Small's land to the stake at the point ofbeginning.
Containing 1.9 acres, more or less.
The Grantor hereby releases any and all rights of Homestead in and to the premises conveyed
hereby and warrants and represents that there are no persons entitled to any rights of homestead
under G.L. c. 188 in the premises conveyed by this deed.
