In April 2023, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for the above-referenced site, for the construction of a seasonal dock to access the waters of Long Pond. A site visit was made, and the pier was found to be constructed in substantial compliance with the approved plans. An as-built site plan and photos are enclosed for review. This is to certify, to the best of my knowledge and belief, that the work was performed in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Order of Conditions.
