COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on October 16,
2025, beginning at 5 p.m.
for the following matters:
Request for Determination
of Applicability_
Yarmouth Water Depart-
ment, 451 Forest Road.
Proposed seasonal PFAS
treatment facilities for wells
10+ 11 within the riverfront
area and the buffer zone to
a bordering vegetated
wetland.
John Moynihan, 115 South
Street. Proposed patio,
retaining wall, and steps
with regrading in the buffer
zone to a BVW and the flood
zone.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can
be found within the posted
agenda on the town's

advance of the meeting.
