In accordance with the Town of Yarmouth Wetland Regulations Section 2.03, you are hereby notified of
the following:

Conservation Commission, seeking knowledge of whether a project is subject to the Wetlands
Protection Act (MGL c. 131 s. 40) or Bylaw (Town of Yarmouth Wetland By-Law, Chapter 143).
