Dear Mr. Sears,
Construction activities are ongoing at the subject project. Over the few months of this
project
1. Completion of all Fire Protection Systems
2. Completion of all Plumbing Systems
3. Completion of all Heating and Ventilation Systems
4. Completion of all Electrical Systems
5. Installation of smoke and fire proof sealants and caulking at wall penetrations
6. Installation and testing of BDA, Fire Alarm, and Fire Sprinkler systems in coordination
with Yarmouth Building and Fire Departments
7. Completion of paving and Striping
8. Completion of landscape plantings including the drainage basins
9. Completion of the Water & Fire Service in coordination with the Yarmouth Water
Department
Our consulting Engineer has visited the site and provided punch lists of any outstanding
work, and this office has visited the site to back-punch that small list and verified their
completion.

The architects Punch list of small items was very short and repetitive, but these items
have all been addressed by the general contractor. The only item on the plans that is not
yet complete is the fenced in yards to be constructed behind each unit; this work is
contracted and will be installed in the coming weeks. This should not prohibit
occupancy.
Catalyst was on site with the owner and project manager on 9/10/2025 and all agreed
the project was substantially complete.

adjacent to entry driveways,
Signage and traffic/parking
striping is complete in parking
lot.
All work completed to date has been done in a good and workmanlike manner and in
general accordance with the construction documents. If you have any questions, please
