Northeast Geotechnical Solutions continued to monitor excavation and backfill
operations, with reports sent directly to the town.
Our consulting Engineer has visited one final time and has transmitted to your attention a
letter confirming his satisfaction with the work (a copy is attached here for convenience).
Our mechanical engineers recently visited the site and provided the attached report. At
the time the rough work was about 50% completed. CES visited the site again this
morning to review the rough work completed by all the mechanical trades, prior to the
start of insulation in the interior walls and the arrival of the gypsum wall board
subcontractor later this week. I will transmit the engineers next report upon receipt.
Catalyst continues to attends on-site construction meetings with the project team every
