Registry of Deeds in Book 35952, Page 233, together with an undivided 50% fractional interest
appertaining to said Unit in the common areas and facilities of the Condominium, and together
a with the rights and easements appurtenant to the Unit as set forth in said Master Deed, including
the appurtenant exclusive rights and easements in the areas adjoining the Unit.

The above -described premises are conveyed subject to and with the benefit of all rights, rights of
way, easements, appurtenances, reservations and restrictions of record insofar as the same may
be in force and applicable.
We, Andrew Laird and Cynthia Laird, the Grantors named herein do hereby voluntarily release all
CS our rights of Homestead as set forth in M.G.L. Chapter 188, if any, and there are no other persons
0 entitled to any such rights.

Sellers, also being the owners of Unit B of the Crowell Heritage Condominium, hereby waive their
rights of first refusal as to this sale of Unit A of the Crowell Heritage Condominium by the Grantors
a herein, which rights are recited in Paragraph 19 of the Master Deed referenced above.
By acceptance of this deed, Buyers hereby waive their rights of first refusal as to the sale of Unit
B of the Crowell Heritage Condominium by the Grantors herein, which rights are recited in
Paragraph 19 of the Master Deed referenced above. Said waiver shall apply only to the first sale
of Unit B.
