Ojala, P.E., P.L.S. Arne H. Ojala P.E., P.L.S. Daniel E. Gonsalves, P.E., S.E. Craig J. Ferrari, E.I.T., S.E. In June 2020, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for a proposed pool and patio at the above referenced site. A site visit was made in October 2025. The work was found to be in general conformance with the approved plans with only minor deviations. The pool and patio area appear to be shifted to the East and slightly further away from the resource area. And a new shed was constructed but is located entirely outside the 100' buffer to the Bordering Vegetated Wetland. An as-built site plan and photos are enclosed for review. This is to certify, to the best of my knowledge and belief, that the work was performed in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Order of Conditions.
