COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on November
62 2025, beginning at 5 p.m.
for the following matters:
Request for Determination
of Applicability_
Jeffrey Phipps, 86 Uncle
Robert's Road. Proposed
removal of invasive and
dead trees and planting of
native plants in LSCSF and
the 100' buffer of a coastal
bank and beach.
Eileen Sullivan, 35 Iroquois
Boulevard. Proposed addi-
tion in land subject to
coastal storm flowage.
Dionysios Yannatos, 19
Channel Point Drive.
Proposed gravel pad for
boat storage, gravel fire pit,
paver patio, and raised
garden beds in LSCSF.
Robert and Ann Wiggins, 61
Pheasant Cove Circle.
Proposed addition to SFD in
the 100' buffer of a vege-
tated wetland.
Harry Stroud, 9 Winclemere
Road Unit 8. Proposed addi-
tion of back deck and
expansion of front deck in
LSCSF and the buffer zone
of a coastal bank and salt
marsh.
Notice of Intent
John Serijan, 53 Aunt
Dorah's Lane. After -the -fact
filing to permit and modify
decking on existing pier,
ramp and floats in land
under the ocean, coastal
bank, salt marsh, land
containing shellfish and
LSCSF.
Cynthia Richards (GIHA,
Inc.) Great Island Road
Bridge. Proposed bridge
repairs including pressure
grouting to fill voids and
installation of steel plates in
LSCSF, land under the
ocean, land containing
shellfish, and salt marsh.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can
