Please provide Certified Mail Receipts (PS Form 3800) for the abutters notified. Note that you only need to notify direct abutters for an RDA, which in this case includes the Town of Yarmouth, the state, and the Robert G. Lynn Trust. Due to our meeting schedule and the November 11th holiday, we will need a 21- day waiver. The OKH agenda for this project mentions a new garage, and the plot plan provided shows an outline in the location of the proposed garage. Please clarify. The location of the garage addition is also within the 100’ buffer of a wetland and will require permitting. A Notice of Intent Application may be necessary because the total expansion of the existing footprint including the garage is over 300 sq ft.
