Administrative Approval : The oak leaning toward the house may be removed by flush cutting. It must be
replaced with a native tree of at least 1.5" caliper, planted within 15' of the tree being removed. As
discussed in-person, a native oak species is acceptable. If there are any doubt, please see the attached list of
