condominium, Polmo Denlol is the proposed tenont.
The exisiing building is going to be 3,947 sf ond hove between 7 ond l5

We reviewed the woter use of Polmo Dentol's #37 lndustriol Pork Rd in Plymouth,
which owner Bob Polmo describes os o much more intensive use thon ihe
proposed focility from o woter use stondpoint.

They ore shifting more to digilol printing ond owoy from the older more woter
intensive methods. so the woter use of 517 gpd for the 9000 sf Plymouih focility
would reduce by more thon the 9000 sf to 3947 sf rotio which would be 229 gpd
octuol flow, we feel the flow will be more occurotely i 50 gpd ocluol flow,
which would be o 300 gpd design flow.
The existing system is copoble of hondling o 364 gpd design flow bosed on the
Ieoching size os shown on pqge 5 of 6 of the site plon set.
A cross check is on overoge of I 1 persons occuponcy x l5 gpd/person = ,I65
gpd design flow, plus o smoll qmount for sinks.
Also, bosed on office flow, ihe design flow would be 296 gpd os shown on the
plon.
Sink droins will be protected by sedimenl trops.
The site is not in o Zone ll or Nitrogen Sensitive Areo, so there is not o limilolion on
design flow beyond the existing opproved copocity, so while noi onticipoted io
be required, o design flow upgrode could be performed of ony iime if
determined 1o be needed.
Bosed on the obove observolions ond colculotions, lfeel the existing septic
syslem is odequote for the proposed use.
