This memo is to certify to the Conservation Commission that on 11/3/2025 I
performed a final inspection on the concrete block retaining wall adjacent the
abutting landscape timber wall, and find that the modular concrete wall with gravel
base and infill and capstones as constructed is installed in substantial compliance
with the design intent of the plans, and is structurally sufficient to meet the design
intent shown on the plans prepared by my office for the project. Therefore I certify
that the wall as constructed is structurally sound and meets the design intent of the
Conservation Commission approved plans and the Order of Conditions.
