,`p McKenzie Engineering Consultants, Inc. completed an egress inspection of the exterior
egress stairway for the second floor at the building located a 43 Route 6A in
Yarmouthport known as Leonessa as required by the 10`h edition of the Massachusetts
Building Code.

The wood framed landing and stairway was inspected during the site visit. The landing
and stairway is in structurally seviceable condition with no items requiring any repair
actions at this time.
Based on the inspection,we hereby certify that the exterior egress components at 43
Route 6A are structurally adequate to perform the functions for what they were designed
to in accordance with the standards of public safety at the time of original construction
and in accordance with Section 1001.3.2 of the 10`h edition of the Massachusetts
Building Code.
