Chapter 131, Section 40, and the Town of Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw, Chapter 143; on November 20, 2025, beginning at 5 p.m. for the following matters: Notice of Intent Joseph Disipio, 6 Chilton Road. Proposed raze and replace of a single-family dwelling in LSCSF and the 35-foot buffer to a coastal bank and beach. Patricia Ellis, 26 and 30 Bass River Terrace. Proposed construction of a sfd, garage, and accessory dwelling unit on an undevel- oped lot in riverfront area and LSCSF. The meeting will be held at Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA.
