COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on November
20, 2025, beginning at 5
p.m. for the following
matters:
Notice of Intent
Joseph Disipio, 6 Chilton
Road. Proposed raze and
replace of a single-family
dwelling in LSCSF and the
35-foot buffer to a coastal
bank and beach.
Patricia Ellis, 26 and 30 Bass
River Terrace. Proposed
construction of a sfd,
garage, and accessory
dwelling unit on an undevel-
oped lot in riverfront area
and LSCSF.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can

hours in advance of the
meeting.
