Good Morning Devon,
For the past several months I’ve been reviewing the history and practices and waiting for documentation on same with the management of Blue Water Resort. It is my understanding that
the current owner took charge in 2021 / 2022. I am unclear on any planned continuity on beach practices that may have been passed along from the prior owner. I am aware that the current
owners are seeking to comply with any and all Conservation and ESA requirements relating to the management and use of the beach.
The Bluewater management has produced a summary for 2025 from Mass Audubon and I have attached it with this email.
I have recently requested additional information from the Blue Water group relating to 2024, 2023, 2022 but to date have had no response. Yarmouth Conservation Commission has scheduled
a continued hearing on the Blue Water beach deck application for November 20 so I must submit what we have been provided. I realize that NHESP may need time to review and set forth
further requirements.
It is my opinion that the current application, file by the current owner provides a further opportunity to set forth required practices going forward for this current owner to adopt
and comply with independently.
