Please let me know when the platform is removed. To attempt to permit such a structure located on the coastal beach, a notice of intent is required with a surveyed site plan. Please
see the filing forms and checklist linked below, and I’ve attached a list of surveyors in the area for your reference. Please let me know if you have any questions.

The unpermitted platform has not been removed and is subject to daily fines of up to $300. You are required to remove the platform immediately; otherwise further enforcement action will
be taken. Audubon coordination is required if a machine is needed.

Following up on our pre-season beach raking meeting today. Please sign the attached form along with Josh (including contact information). This signature confirms that you have both have
read and understand the Orders of Conditions for the 4 properties.
Conditions to note which have been an issue in the past include:
* The wrack line must remain undisturbed. If storms deposit material above the regular wrack line, it may be removed.
* Raking must remain at least 10 feet away from the toe of any dunes.
* Raking at 28, 291 and 301 South Shore drive are required to coordinate with a MassAudubon monitor.
* Stockpile area on the beach at red jacket is for raking debris only
It is preferred that all maintenance work that requires machinery on the beach take place prior to April 1. In the future, please submit any proposed beach maintenance to me and Joe
(CC’d) by email for approval in Feb/March.
Permission must be obtained/monitoring may be required from Audubon for the following:
* Movement of sand on beach below steps, near the shed, etc at riviera.
* Excavation of the fire hydrant and gate entryway to the beach at red jacket
* The sand fence at 301 around the dune should be moved outward or an additional one installed outward. Handwork only. If Audubon doesn’t want this to go in now, it can occur in the
fall.
* There is an unpermitted platform on the beach at Blue Water that must be removed immediately. Audubon approval is required if a machine is needed.
FYI: The permits were extended by the MassLeads act, the new expiration dates are below:
083-2227 182 Baxter Ave- 6/14/2029. Nourishment occurred this year in January, please provide a summary report of the volume used and source.

083-2231 Riviera- May 22, 2027
