On 1/13/92, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for proposed work on a pier at the above -referenced site for a prior owner. The current owner took possession of this property on 1/31/2024 with this open Order. The owner is in the process of permitting and licensing the pier with proposed float modifications (along with a landscape tie wall) since he realized that the current site conditions do not match what was originally permitted and licensed. Specifically, floats had been added and the configuration changed at some point prior to current ownership. Also, a landscape tie wall was added in the past to mitigate bank erosion. The following was noted: • The fixed portion of the pier substantially complies with the original Order, to include alongshore stairs and the requisite s4gnage. Pictures are enclosed for review. The bank is well vegetated. No adverse impacts have been observed. Except for the above -noted deviations which are being addressed by an imminent filing of a Notice of Intent, the site is in substantial compliance with the Order of Conditions and approved plans.
