DECISION
The petitioner requested a special permit from the Board of Appeals to allow the
addition of a shed structure on an existing non -conforming barn. II The south side of
the barn is too close to lot line, the addition would be on the north (opposite) side.;
Property located at 41 Centre St., Yarmouthport, Mass., and shown on Assessors map
#111-A1.
Members of Board of Appeals present: Donald Henderson, Robert Sherman, Thomas Ceorge,
Augustine Murphy, Herbert Renkainen.
It appearing that notice of said hearing has been given by sending notice thereof!
to the petitioner and all those owners of property deemed by thelBoard to be affected
thereby and that public notice of such hearing having been giveniby publication in
the Yarmouth Sun on November 25 and December 2, 1981, the hearing was opened and held
on the date first above written.
The following appeared in favor of the petition: Ed Kelley, Surveyor.

Reasons for decision:
There would be no increased nuisance, hazard or congestion, as this is an addition
to a long existing building in a well established community, and the addition would
not impose much change in the neighborhood.

Therefore, the petition is granted as requested, for the above stated reasons.
No permit issued until 20 days from the date of filing the
