Hannon PROPERTY: 41 Center Street, YarmouthPort, MA Map & Lot#: 0132.130; Zoning District: R40 Book/Page: 08872/0315 MEMBERS PRESENT AND VOTING: Steven DeYoung, Chairman, Debra Martin, Bryant Palmer, Chuck Hart and Doug Campbell I Notice of the hearing has been given by sending notice thereof to the Petitioner and all those owners of property as required by law, and to the public by posting notice of the hearing and publishing in The Register, the hearing opened and held on the date stated above. f l I The Petitioners are John Hannon and Barbara Hannon, well represented by John Hannon. The Petition is in reference to property located at 41 Center Street, YarmouthPort, MA, located in an R40 Zoning District. The Petition seeks a Special Permit pursuant to By-law §40 .2 to permit a family -related, accessory apartment to be located in an existing structure identified asla "Carriage House". The plot plan and building renderings were over two years old, so; the Board first considered if a waiver was appropriate. On Motion made by Ms. Martin, seconded by Mr. Hart, the Board voted unanimously to allow the waiver of the two year requirement for the plot plan and building renderings. The accessory apartment is to be occupied by the Petitioner's grandchildren. The property and structures are well maintained an( Kings Highway approval.
