A. D. MAKEPEACE COMPANY, a corporation duly organised
under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and having a principal
place of business at Wareham, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, for
consideration paid, grant to THE INHABITANTS OF THE TOWN OF
YARMOUTH, a municipal corporation within the County of Barnstable,
Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with QUITCLAIM COVENANTS, the land
in Yarmouth .(South), Barnstable Coudy, Massachusetts, bounded and
described as follows;

Bounded as follows:
NORTHERLY by land of estate of Henry C. Thacher, as shown on
a plan hereinafter referred to, 'Three Hundred
Eighty-eight (388) feet more or less;
EASTERLY by the middle line of a travel way as shown on said
plan, Four Hundred Thirty-three (433) feet more or
less;
SOUTHEASTERLY by land of Dennisport Furniture Co. as shown on
said plan, Five Hundred Sixty (560)feet more or
less; and
WESTERLY by land of estate of Henry C. Thacker and by land of
owners unknown as shown on said plan, Five Hundre
Twdiivii (5®) feet more or less. Containing 4.96 acres
more or less and being Parcel No, 5 on the plan hereinafter referred to.

Situated in Yarmouth aforesaid and bounded as follows:
NORTHERLY by land of Dennisport Furniture Co. an shown on a
plan hereinafter referred to, Nine Hundred Seventy
(970) feet more or less;
EASTERLY by land formerly of Reuben Ryder, Three Hundred
Thirty (330) feet more or less and by land of
Dennisport Furniture Co. Six Hundred Forty Dort
(6411 feet more or less, all as shown on said plan.
SOUTHERLY by land of Dennisport Furniture Co. as shown on
maid plan, Seven Hundred Eighteen and 61/100
(718.61) feet and by other land of A. D. Makepeace
Company as shown on said plan, Seven Hundred
Thirty-three and 66/100 (733.66) feet.
NORTHWESTERLY by land of owners unknown as shown on said plan.
Eight Hundred Eighty-five (885)feet more or less
and by land of Charles A. Mac Kenney as shown on
said plan, Two Hundred Seventy-three {273) feet
more or lees. Containing an area of Z5.79 acres
more or less according to said plan.

Parcel 1 above described is shown as Parcel No. 5 and Parcel
2 above described is shown as Parcel No. 10 on a plan entitled "Plan of land
in South Yarmouth. Maas. for the Town of Yarmouth Scale 111-601 December
1963 Thomas E. Kelley South Yarmouth, Mass. Cape Cod".
Said premises are conveyed subject to an easement in favor of
Cape & Vineyard Electric Company One Hundred (100) feet in width as shown
on said plan.
The two above described percale of land are conveyed subject
to any rights that may lawfully exist in, over and upon Forest Road as shown
on said plan over Parcels 1 and 2.
For title to ParcelLabove described see deed of Cape & Vineyard
Electric Company to A. D. Makepeace Company dated December 6, 1941
and recorded in the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 587, page
468.
